PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My CPA Dad and do-it-all & get-it-done Mom instilled motivation with a focus on details and facts. Not surprisingly my career started as a Mechanical Engineer, where I learned to analyze systems, collaborate, and design solutions.
Moving to Fortune 100 environments brought experience with excellent mentors and high performing peers where we developed teams, created strategies and delivered outstanding financial results. That foundation allows me to apply the philosophies and tools created by ActionCOACH to coach hundreds of business owners. We understand the situation and create plans to scale and improve the lives of the owners, their team and their families.

Growing up with a strong work ethic—from running paper routes at age 11 to working lumber yards and restaurants—and coaching my daughters in competitive sports taught me that true progress relies on versatility, diligent practice, positive mindset and applying personal leadership.
