What happens in 1 to 1 coaching?
Individual coaching plans are built for the owner to thrive. Duration and frequency are customized. Most prefer weekly 1 hr video calls. Some less frequent, others shorter or longer time frames. When needed we meet face to face or a quick phone call.

Coaching follows a process for but each experience is unique. We start with uncovering your opportunities and challenges. This means getting deep to know the root cause and real situation, not just the symptoms. Next we work on defining your goals for the the business that support your personal objectives. With this in mind we build a plan that you can execute that gets you results but also improves your skills, confidence, and excitement about your business.
We use numbers to understand the reality and measure performance. When the numbers are REALLY UNDERSTOOD that's when CLARITY HAPPENS. When you, the owner has clarity the business takes off and its time to celebrate!
